We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
Exchange rates are provided by third-party public data sources and are for informational and personal-use purposes only. Rates may be delayed, cached, or slightly different from rates offered by banks or payment providers. Do not rely on the App for time-critical financial, legal, or investment decisions.
The App and all intellectual property rights in it belong to Roman Resenchuk ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any of its components to you.
Full access is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store at $4.99/year. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We have no access to your payment information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY EXCHANGE RATE SHOWN.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service (the standard Apple EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern solely with respect to the App Store.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our sole election.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
