The app accesses HealthKit data with your explicit permission. All health data:
User preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
The app uses Superwall for subscription management, which processes payments through the App Store. No personal data is shared with Superwall beyond what Apple provides for subscription verification.
If you use the companion Apple Watch app, data is synced locally between your devices via Apple's Watch Connectivity framework. No data leaves your devices.
We do not use analytics or tracking services.
The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
