By downloading or using Pixero ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not:
The App and all intellectual property rights in it belong to Roman Resenchuk ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any of its components to you.
Pixero offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We have no access to your payment information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms govern solely with respect to the App Store.
Pixero integrates the following third-party SDKs. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our sole election.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
