By downloading or using Usage Battery for Cluade Code ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
The App reads your own Claude Code OAuth token from your macOS Keychain (synced to iOS via iCloud Keychain) and calls Anthropic's official usage API directly to display your Claude Code usage. You are responsible for your own Anthropic/Claude account and its terms of use. We do not operate, control, or guarantee the availability of Anthropic's API.
The App and all intellectual property rights in it belong to Roman Resenchuk ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any of its components to you.
The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store, with no subscription or in-app purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies; we have no access to your payment information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL ACCURATELY REFLECT YOUR ANTHROPIC USAGE AT ALL TIMES, AS THIS DEPENDS ON ANTHROPIC'S OWN API.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of the following services it calls directly:
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, at our sole election.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
